Our Mission
Our mission is to provide trained K9s to Law Enforcement agencies with single or dual purpose K9s. Once a K9 is purchased we will deliver and provide 3 days of on site training with the agency. This is to ensure that the new K9 team is up to speed and can hit the road supporting patrol and the community right out of the gate. No other company providing K9s does this and in my experience can lead to painful K9 experiences.

Bio
TEIR ONE K9 is a veteran owned company who's mission is to provide trained working K9s for law enforcement. I am James Pearson owner/operator. I am a retired Austin Police Dept. K9 handler/trainer. I was an Explosive Detection K9 handler for 17yrs. My mission was to provide EOD K9 handler support for various special events within the Austin City Limits. I was in the TSA EOD K9 program where me and my K9 were deployed to numerous events across the country. Some of the special events were numerous Super Bowls, Major League Baseball All-star games, NBA All-star games, and numerous political events such as the DNC and RNC. Throughout my tenure I was a handler for two German shepherds and 1 Belgian Malinois. I received my K9 handlers certification through TSA EODK9 course at Lackland AFB. I received my K9 trainers certification through Pacesetter K9. I retired in January 2025.

Gambit is a 14 month old Belgian Malinois. Dual purpose K9 trained on meth and cocaine detection, bite on command, and tracking. A compact, agile \"pocket mal\" — quick and social. Bites only on command. Up to date on all vet checks and immunizations.
Daisy
Daisy is a 14 month old GSP (German short-haired pointer). Explosive Detection single purpose K9. Trained to detect black powder, single base/double base powders, and potassium chlorate (PC). Trained to search bags and vehicles. Confident, high drive, crowd-tested. Up to date on all vet checks and immunizations.
